Unlike any other Pinecrest bakery, this one is the only one for us! The service is PERFECT every single time no matter how busy they are. The food is spot on and genuinely true Cuban cuisine. The sandwiches are simply delicious and the pastries are baked to perfection! The ladies that work there are amazing and very dedicated to their work as they make your coffee exactly as you order it each time with a smile on their face. Wilfredo ( flaco) is exceptional in his own way:-) he actually remembers your favorite items and just makes your experience a complete joy. The ambiance is family oriented and always clean no matter how busy they are they keep this place spotless!

Pinecrest is the best Cuban bakery in my area. The girls are super attentive & nice. The service is fast & the food is delicious. It is always packed in the mornings.
Friendly staff, excellent empanadas, croquetas and pastelitos. This is a little slice of heaven. We will be back, when we come to Miami. Be sure to take some home for the families up north
Ordered Uber eats and although they forgot to deliver two important things, they were still responsive and helpful. Lisbeythi? I can't remember her name well. She went out of her way to professionally help us out and make our experience better. Not many businesses care about their customers anymore so I'll be coming back for the great service. Come here very often...they have a very good and nice work personal, the best, besides the quality of the product it’s great, also the varieties awesome, such a good place to have breakfast and lunch....I’ll recommend it to everybody 100%....
The food is delicious. This place gets pack. The line was long. Only 4-5 small table available. Service is delayed because they are busy. Workers try their best to work fast. Took 20 min to get my to go order
